Under the terms of this agreement, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, as requested by the registration form, and to maintain and update that information as requested. You understand that if your registration information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete that The Baker Training Institute has the right to suspend or terminate your account, and to deny you access to any or all of its services.

The content you obtain from The Baker Training Institute is copyrighted material under U.S. Government guidelines and therefore cannot be used by you or anyone else without The Anger Management Training Institute's express written permission. The Baker Training Institute does not guarantee nor is it liable in any way for the accuracy, integrity or quality of content provided by its services. This indemnity includes but is not limited to, errors or omissions of content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of Content that is uploaded, copied, printed, or used in any way via The Baker Training Institute. 7. Under the terms of this agreement, you agree to refrain from displaying or using in any manner or form any information or trademarks of The Baker Training Institute without prior written permission from The Baker Training Institute.

9. The Baker Training Institute is for educational purposes only and is not psychotherapy.

10. You understand and accept that distance education (online instruction) is a technology that may not be suitable for your needs. The Baker Training Institute is not responsible for your online learning experience, your education, or what you learn or do not learn by taking one of our courses/classes. Certificates are awarded at the sole discretion of the facilitator.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Baker Training Institute, its owners, employees, instructors, students, members, and volunteers for any liability arising from any death, injury, dismemberment, or any bodily injury (physical or mental) to you and to third parties resulting from the use of our services, as well as for any loss or damage to property to you or to third parties resulting from any use of our service (direct or indirect), in whole, in part, including but not limited to information you obtain by signing up, joining online classes, participating in online classes, reading or obtaining any information from within our service, our discussion forums, or reading any content posted by us, an instructor, or a user. Such indemnity and hold harmless agreement is in addition to any other indemnity and hold harmless agreement you agree to when using other sections of our site.

13. REGISTRATION: Client, agrees to pay the workshop fees indicated, and any applicable federal, state, and local taxes, in return for the right to participate in the online workshop. The applicant affirms that he is authorized to accept this agreement and that the conditions contained in this agreement shall apply to and be binding on the Client, and that this document is the entire agreement between the parties and will bind client personnel. Jurisdiction and Venue for all matters in this agreement will lie exclusively in Harris County, Texas and Texas substantive law will govern this agreement.

14.. POSTPONEMENT/CANCELLATION: If a scheduled participant is unable or unwilling to complete the online training, postponed, or canceled the Online Workshop, no fees will be refunded.

15.. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS: Client agrees and recognizes The Baker Training Institute has proprietary ownership and/or rights in and to all materials, including manuals, skill guide cards, handouts, information, techniques, and procedures ("Information") received by client or client's employer and/or seminar participants directly or indirectly in any manner from or through The Baker Training Institute. Client further agrees and recognizes that such information is a valuable asset of The Anger management Training and is designed for use by each individual client-designated participant during the online workshop and only for such participants' individual use while online. It is agreed that the Information shall not be duplicated, copied, or conveyed in any way to any third party, or entity without the specific, written permission of The Anger management Training, nor used in any manner not contemplated within the spirit or terms of the Agreement. Client and each Client participant hereby agree that the Information shall not be reused, resold, conveyed, copied, or excerpted. In addition, If Client shares any The Baker Training Institute data at any time for any reason with either in-house or outside competitors or consultants, trainers, teachers, educators. The Baker Training Institute will be entitled to immediate damages in the amount of seventy-five thousand dollars for each violation of this agreement.
